Firm Rules

News Trading
Opening new positions during major high-impact economic announcements is restricted. Traders may not place new market or pending orders on affected instruments from 3 minutes before until 3 minutes after a red-folder news release. Existing positions opened before the restricted period may still be manually managed or closed. Profits generated from trades opened inside the restricted window may be removed, and repeated violations can lead to account reviews.

Copy Trading
Trade copying is permitted only for personal accounts owned by the same trader. Using third-party copying services to mirror external traders or signal providers is not allowed.

Account Activity
There is currently no inactivity violation. Evaluation subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days until the challenge is either passed or manually canceled.

DCA / Position Scaling
Position stacking is allowed with limitations. Traders may enter the same instrument and direction a maximum of three times per trade idea, consisting of one initial position and up to two additional entries. Opening a fourth entry in the same direction on the same instrument is considered a rule violation regardless of remaining contract capacity.

Scalping Policy
Manual scalping is accepted, however ultra-fast high-frequency execution patterns are prohibited. The firm monitors repeated rapid-fire entries and exits lasting only a few seconds, especially behavior resembling latency exploitation or arbitrage systems. Discretionary short-term trading based on legitimate market structure remains acceptable.

Hedging Restrictions
Simultaneously holding long and short positions on the same underlying market is prohibited, including cross-contract hedging between mini and micro contracts.

Directional Risk Rules
The firm discourages excessive one-sided exposure using maximum leverage without a structured trading rationale. Repeatedly loading heavily in a single direction across multiple accounts may be considered abusive behavior.

Bulk Account Abuse
Purchasing large numbers of accounts for exploitative trading practices or coordinated strategies is strictly prohibited.

High-Frequency Trading
Sub-second automated execution strategies designed to exploit pricing or server inefficiencies are classified as prohibited HFT activity.

Stop Loss Usage
Stop losses are not mandatory, although disciplined risk management is strongly encouraged.

VPN / VPS Usage
Using VPNs, VPS environments, or location-masking tools to bypass platform restrictions may result in account termination and profit forfeiture.

Payout Policy

Both Accelerated and Ascent funded account models follow the same payout structure, with the primary difference being the consistency requirement applied to each program.

To qualify for a payout request, traders must:

Complete at least 5 profitable trading days
Generate a minimum of $200 net profit on each qualifying day
Respect the consistency requirement for their account model
Maintain the required account buffer alongside the minimum withdrawal amount

Consistency Rules:

Accelerated accounts: no single trading day may exceed 20% of total cycle profits
Ascent accounts: no single trading day may exceed 35% of total cycle profits

Required account buffers:

$25k account → $1,100 buffer
$50k account → $2,100 buffer
$100k account → $3,100 buffer
$150k account → $4,600 buffer

Minimum payout thresholds:

$25k account → minimum $250 withdrawal
$50k account → minimum $500 withdrawal
$100k account → minimum $750 withdrawal
$150k account → minimum $1,000 withdrawal

Once all payout conditions are satisfied, withdrawal requests may be submitted immediately without an additional waiting period.
