Two programs, four account sizes
Prime and Clear both cover 25K, 50K, 100K and 150K accounts. Prices, profit targets and Max Loss Limits match; the real difference is how each program controls risk and determines payout eligibility.
Analytics beyond P&L
Edge Lab analyzes execution, edge and psychology. It attempts to explain not only what happened in the account, but which behavior created the outcome and what the trader should fix next.
CME Group-approved Third-Party Assessment Provider
FundYourEdge states in its official regulatory disclosures that it is approved as a Third-Party Assessment Provider by CME Group. This is a strong credibility signal for the assessment business model.
It does not make FundYourEdge a broker, FCM, CTA, CPO or investment adviser. Evaluation and funded trading remain simulated.
“FundYourEdge is approved as a Third-Party Assessment Provider by CME Group.”
Edge Lab is more than a trade journal
Most prop dashboards tell you your balance, drawdown and payout status. Edge Lab goes further: it examines executed trades, grades behavior, estimates the cost of mistakes and tracks whether the trader is improving over time.

Edge Score
A score designed to evaluate the statistical quality and repeatability of the trader’s process.
Psychology Score
A separate read on discipline, overtrading, revenge behavior, sizing stability and session control.
The biggest leak
The system identifies the single most damaging habit and estimates its cost in dollars.
Actionable coaching
Written conclusions explain strengths, weaknesses and what should be addressed first.
Grades across edge and psychology
Edge Lab can grade specific behaviors across two broad categories. The report card helps separate a valid losing trade from a poor decision, and a profitable trade from a reckless process that happened to work.
Examples include directional quality, trend alignment, profit capture, cutting losers, edge consistency, composure after losses, revenge trading, position-size stability and overtrading.

Current equity versus optimized execution
One of the most persuasive Edge Lab features is the counterfactual equity curve. It replays the same history after removing the behavior identified as the largest leak.
This is not a promise of future performance. It is a diagnostic illustration of how much one repeated decision pattern may have affected the account.
Trade receipts, not generic labels
The report links grades to actual executed trades. This gives the trader concrete examples of which setups, instruments and decisions created the score.
That distinction matters because a dashboard should not merely tell the trader they are overtrading; it should show the evidence behind the conclusion.

Edge Lab History tracks whether the trader is actually improving
The History area turns the report into a development system. It tracks scores, grades and behavior changes over time rather than treating each session as an isolated snapshot.

How the end-of-day Max Loss Limit works
The Max Loss Limit follows the highest end-of-day balance, not temporary intraday unrealized gains. During the funded stage it eventually locks at the starting balance plus $100.
Measured EOD
Temporary intraday spikes do not raise the threshold.
Trails in evaluation
It follows the highest closing balance while the trader works toward the target.
Locks when funded
It ultimately locks at starting balance plus $100.

Is FundYourEdge worth considering?
FundYourEdge is strongest for traders who want an end-of-day drawdown, one-time pricing and a serious analytics layer. Prime suits traders who want full contract size and a faster route through evaluation. Clear suits traders who prioritize the absence of a Daily Loss Limit and accept gradual funded scaling.
The CME Group assessment-provider approval strengthens the firm’s credibility. Edge Lab is the practical reason this review stands out: it attempts to show how the trader behaves, which mistake costs the most and whether the process is improving.
